Lassen County - Part 1, Damselflies, 8/10/06
George Sappington and I travelled to Lassen County where we checked out the odes at White Horse Reservoir, Pine Creek, upper Susan River, and Cooper Swamp.

Male Sedge Sprite. We went to Cooper Swamp in hopes of seeing Sedge Sprite, but thought perhaps the season for them had ended. Not so! I found five or six Sedge Sprite and managed to photograph two or three (male and female). |
